Your application for Friends Forever Missions can only be processed when your
$125.00 deposit,
application with picture,
pastor's reference and liability release form - are - ALL forms DUE before or on DECEMBER 31, 2010
*Please note, applicants must be 14 years of age or
older, unless accompanied by
a parent or adult sibling 18 years of age or older who will room with them on
the trip.

Friends Forever Missions, PO Box 2001, Pinehurst, NC 28370-2001.
God will bless you for your preparation. The mission field starts in your
heart before you arrive in Jamaica.
Fill out your forms, read carefully through the Code of Conduct and Trip Payment and Expense Information.
Please note the trip schedule with complete phone numbers and addresses
will be posted at this website (online schedule)..
