Your application for Friends Forever Missions can only be processed when your
deposit,
*application with picture,
pastor's reference and liability release form. ALL forms DUE by DECEMBER 30, 2008
*please note, applicants must be 14 years of age or
older, unless accompanied by
a parent or adult sibling 18 years of age or older.

Friends Forever Missions, PO Box 2001, Pinehurst, NC 28370-2001.
Then you will be alerted in regard to your
application approval for trip or internship by January 17, 2009.
God will bless you for your preparation. The mission field starts in your
heart before you arrive in Jamaica. Fill out your forms, read carefully through the Code of Conduct and Trip Payment and Expense Information. When you are confirmed as accepted, a trip schedule with complete phone numbers and addresses will be sent to you for family members.
